Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item or it doesn’t fit as expected, you can return it for a refund or exchange. This policy outlines your rights and our returns process in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Return (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided:

  • The item is in its original, unused and unworn condition.

  • All original tags and labels are still attached.

  • The item has not been washed, altered, or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you will need to return the item promptly.

2. Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Make any necessary deductions if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it (e.g., trying it on is acceptable, but wearing it outside is not).

Return shipping costs: If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We recommend checking our website or contacting us to confirm availability before returning the item.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return it for a full refund or replacement.

  • Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund.

  • After 30 days but within 6 months: We will offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Return shipping costs: For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team to arrange this.

5. Items Exempt from Return

The following items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalized garments.

  • Underwear or intimate apparel that has been unsealed or tried on (for hygiene reasons).

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

6. How to Return an Item

Before returning any items, you must first complete our Returns Request Form for approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Returns Request Form within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization.

  2. Wait for approval and follow the instructions provided.

  3. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your invoice or order details.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked postal service (we recommend keeping proof of postage).

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.
