Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your clothing purchase. If you're not happy with your item or it doesn't fit as expected, you can return it for a refund or exchange. This policy outlines your rights and our returns process, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Your Right to Cancel and Return (Cooling-off Period)
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided:
The clothing is in its original, unworn condition.
All original tags and labels are still attached.
The item has not been washed or altered.
To exercise your right to cancel, simply email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you’ve notified us, you will have another 14 days to return the items to us.
2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once we receive the returned clothing, we will:
Process your refund within 14 days, including the original standard delivery charge (if applicable).
Please note, we may make a deduction from your refund if the clothing shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it (e.g., trying it on is acceptable, but wearing it out is not).
Return shipping costs: If the item is being returned due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within the 14-day cooling-off period. Exchanges are subject to availability. We recommend checking our website or emailing to confirm if your preferred size or color is in stock.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the clothing you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return it for a full refund or replacement.
Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund.
After 30 days but within 6 months: We will offer a repair or replacement. If that’s not possible, you will receive a full refund.
Return shipping costs: For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact customer service to arrange this.
5. Items Exempt from Return
The following clothing items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
Custom-made or personalized garments.
Underwear, or intimate apparel that has been unsealed or tried on for hygiene reasons.
Any clothing that has been worn, washed, altered or ripped.
6. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these simple steps:
Email our team within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.
Repackage the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), and include your invoice or order details inside.
Ship the item back to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.
